Our eating habits have changed. Did you know that today, 50% of meals are eaten outside of the home; 20% in cars? Studies show that families who eat together are healthier and happier than ones who eat separately.
 
 
 
I know, I know…cooking for some seems like a formidable task.  The risk of dry, tasteless food, or even burning the house down is just too much for some people.  But I assure you it can be done.
Eating out whether fast food or at a restaurant is WAY more expensive than preparing similar meals at home.  Plus, the more kids=more money to eat out.

Starting with a few simple, go-to meals is the best way to go. 
Like Tacos?  Try Taco-Tuesdays.  It doesn’t have to be the same each week, but the basics are the sam
e:  Tortillas (corn or flour), ground beef, turkey, shredded chicken?  Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese.  Hot sauce?  Maybe some avocado?  Add some rice and beans on the side and you’ve got yourself an A+ Taco Tuesday!
 
How about pasta?  Pasta noodles and sauce are almost always on sale.  So what is normally an inexpensive meal to prepare just got cheaper.  Tired of spaghetti sauce?  How about pasta with chicken and veggies with a little olive oil?  Chop some garlic and mix it in with a little butter and spread it on toast- bam! Garlic bread!
