Our eating habits have changed. Did you know that today, 50% of meals are eaten outside of the home; 20% in cars? Studies show that families who eat together are healthier and happier than ones who eat separately. I know, I know…cooking for some seems like a formidable task. Eating out whether fast food or at a restaurant is WAY more expensive than preparing similar meals at home. Plus, the more kids=more money to eat out.
